The flattering fit of Khloe’s jeans accentuated her enviable curves and provided a peek at her taut tummy.
Her variation of Good American’s Good ‘90s jeans, described as ‘a looser fit made to vibe with all bodies,’ featured distressed cut-outs on the knees.
She wore her brunette hair parted down the middle and styled in a variety of voluminous waves.
The Good American founder had a pair of silver hoops fastened to her ears and rocked a bright white manicure for the shoot.
Settlement: The 36-year-old KUWTK star and her brand recently reached a settlement with a designer who accused her of stealing her work
Good American’s latest post came just hours after Khloe and the brand reached a settlement with a designer who accused them of stealing her work.
Kardashian and Good American had been sued by Los Angeles-based company dbleudazzled, who were seeking $10 million damages after accusing the 36-year-old beauty of ripping off their bedazzled bodysuit designs.
However, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline, the Los Angeles-based company have now informed the court they will no longer be pursuing their action as a confidential agreement has been reached.
As a result, on 4 May, the court was asked to officially close the case.
dbleudazzled, which was founded by designer Destiney Bleu, had filed the lawsuit in May 2020, alleging that they copied her designs and sold them under their brand name without compensating her for the designs.

Destiney was seeking $10 million in monetary damages in the suit, seeking injunctive relief to prevent Khloe and Good American from further infringement, per The Fashion Law.
The indie brand claimed Khloe instead used the items borrowed as a basis for her Good American bodysuits.
The suit argued Khloe had ‘purchased and borrowed numerous pieces of Plaintiff’s clothing, user the false pretense that the clothing items were for Kardashian’s personal use.’
They continued, ‘Instead, months later, Kardashian and Good American launched a new line of Good American bodysuits better (her) designs, without acknowledging (her) or properly compensating for the designs.
‘From November 2016 through May 2017, Kardashian, through her assistants, repeatedly contacted’ individuals at ‘dbleudazzled to order at least sixteen made-to-measure garments under the false pretense that these garments were for Kardashian’s personal use…At no time, did they disclose’ to anyone ‘at dbleudazzled that they were planning to create their own clothing line with similar designs.
Case closed: As a result, on 4 May, the court was asked to officially close the case
‘Good American decided it would be easier to knock off the proven designs of an independent designer.’
It began in 2017, stemming from a June 2 tweet posted by Bleu which read: ‘When someone buys 1 of everything on your site, has you make them custom @dbleudazzled work, never posts it or wears it, then copies it’ — and tagged Khloe.
She also posted pictures of Khloe wearing a sheer black bedazzled leotard, beside a picture of a very similar catsuit from her own line.
Soon after, Khloe’s team hit back at the accusations via Good American with a cease and desist letter on June 4, 2017; the brand said that ‘under no circumstances’ had any copying happened and they were going through ‘legal channels’ to handle the situation.
Destiney’s legal team sent a 27-page legal document of receipts, attempting to disprove claims that Khloe and Good American ‘never heard’ of her or her brand, according to People.
Allegations: dbleudazzled, which was founded by designer Destiney Bleu, had filed the lawsuit in May 2020, alleging that they copied her designs and sold them under their brand name without compensating her for the designs
According to her, Khloe had purchased a range of items from Bleu, including ‘stockings, leggings and tights, bras and panties, and a customized jersey and briefs’.
Bleu had revealed the custom gear ordered was a bedazzled underwear with the name ‘Tristan Thompson’ – the name of Khloe’s boyfriend. She also posted a clip on Twitter showing a matching bedazzled basketball jersey bearing the same name.
Khloe’s legal team later clarified to DailyMail.com that it was the ‘specific individual designers employed by Good American’ who were not aware of Destiney’s work; not Khloe herself.
In response, Good American released a statement via People: ‘Ms Bleu’s claim that Good American and Khloe Kardashian copied or stole her designs is flagrantly false and little more than a cheap publicity stunt and an attempt by Ms Bleu to get her 15 minutes of fame. Ms. Bleu did not create the concept or design of a bodysuit with crystals – a fashion style that has been around for decades as evidenced by the fact that Cher has been wearing these styles for over 25 years. The Good American design team designed a range of eleven bodysuits and had never heard of Ms. Bleu or seen her designs.’
Birthday tribute: Meanwhile on Khloe’s own Instagram, the star penned a sweet birthday tribute to her close pal Savas
Best day! ‘Happy birthday @worldwidesavas !! I hope you have the best day!’ she began in her post’s caption
Meanwhile on Khloe’s own Instagram, the star made no mention of the settlement and, instead, penned a sweet birthday tribute to her close pal Savas.
‘Happy birthday @worldwidesavas !! I hope you have the best day!’ she began in her post’s caption.
Kardashian included several snaps of herself with her longtime friend, including a photobooth image featuring her little sister Kylie Jenner.
‘You deserve to be spoiled by everyone around you! Never change who you are,’ Khloe continued.
‘You are such an incredible friend and you never fail to make me laugh!!! I love you Savasy.’
